PETAR is an AR product that provides users with a real-time interactive experience with remote pets. Based on the Rokid development platform, with sound network RTE capabilities, it brings users a spatially immersive experience and expands the possibilities of interaction between pet-loving groups and their pets.

In the past few years China's pet ownership population has continued to grow and the pet economy has developed extremely rapidly.
In 2020, the number of dogs and cats in China exceeded 100 million, with 62.94 million people owning dogs and cats, and the size of China's pet economy was close to 300 billion yuan.
Behind the rapid development of the pet economy is a change in the way pet parents think about their pets.
Generation Z is fulfilling their emotional needs through pet ownership.
Pets are more than just an animal to Generation Z.

This is also reflected in the increasing amount of high-quality pet content available on mainstream video platforms.
Pet content is naturally suited to the video format, and it is common for people to "Cyber cat petting" and "Cyber dog petting" through various types of pet videos.
It is also driven by this demand that we believe: users will always want more immersive and interactive pet content and products.
Pet parents can interact with their pets anytime, anywhere. Pet bloggers can create more innovative and compelling pet content. Pet sellers can showcase their pets more easily and comprehensively to their online followers to attract consumers.
Rokid AR Glasses
In the hardware and platform segment, we have combined Rokid Air glasses & PETAR ONE home terminal to provide more immersive content in the XR era.
In terms of interactive features, users can interact with their pets remotely in two ways.
The first way is the remote control of the laser pointer module.
Thanks to Rokid AR's native cursor interaction, the laser module operates very naturally
The control cursor in the user's AR glasses will directly control the laser in the remote home
Operation Long press for tracking the cursor, double click for automatic cat teasing, two modes (triggered by long press and double click respectively)
The second type of interaction is voice interaction
Remote conversations are also more immersive thanks to the microphone and speaker modules that come with the Rokid air.
In addition to direct dialogue, users can also choose from a range of pre-programmed sound effects to interact with.
Future Development
In the future, we hope to introduce even more services and features to meet the needs of our users and pets
such as pet health checks, pet medical care, and a new interactive community for pets.
